I think I am bombing final interview as I am not asking the "good"questions and content I used in earlier interviews. I also don't want to be repetitive. Any info on how you Ace the final interview or how you handled this issue? I feel like I should be more repetitive even if I know the answers since each interview is with different people. Thanks

Unfortunately interviews are repetitive. For better or worse. Some organizations do so on purpose to see if you’re consistent or if you’ll think deeper about the question asked in earlier rounds. Others aren’t as organized and it’s less of a strategic recruitment practice and more so the interviewers haven’t coordinated the questions they are asking. Either way it will give you insights into what the org is currently working on and their business priorities.

like

Lower levels want to talk shop; in your space, interesting new technologies and architectures. Sample question might relate to the best migration tools for moving data to the public cloud.

Mid levels want to talk about group dynamic, career aspirations, and contribution. Sample question might be related to goals or success criteria for the coming year.

Senior people are interested in company culture, industry direction, etc. Sample question could be around management philosophy or the leaders most important values that drive the overall culture.

Do your own research in advance that allow you to ask relevant questions that suggest you’ve already done some digging. Not only will you appear smart, interested, and engaged, but you might also learn something relevant about the company.

Hi folks,

I need your thoughts on getting multiple offers like 6 or 7 offers from different MNCs and banking companies and then selecting only one company. After accepting the offer, if I deny at the last week, do all these companies blacklist me? What if I didn't accept the offer and decline it at the starting itself. Will it be again kind of blacklisted? How does it impact me in the future again if I am giving interviews to the same companies? Will they even consider interviewing me?

Over the course of 6 weeks, I had several panel interviews and the next step was a final in-person interview. Each round I had great feedback and my correspondence with the company recruiter was consistent and friendly. Until now. After a week of radio silence since my last interview, I sent a gentle polite follow up that has gone unanswered for almost a week. I saw that the original JD was reposted on LinkedIn a few days before my last interview (ugh). Am I being ghosted? So confusing.

Okay so here’s the deal.
I have several years that I haven’t had a job interview because when I needed to change jobs it was for people who knew my work personally and the offer was on the table. However, now I applied for a new job via LinkedIn and tomorrow I have an online interview and currently even though I know I’m perfect for the job and I know my abilities, I’m afraid I’ll fail.
Any advice on how to have a successful interview?

The HR who asked me to upload the docs isn't picking my call or responding to my mails.
My candidature says "registered against the job".

In the recruiter interview I wasn’t asked where I live. The job is with a huge sports wear company in Los Ángeles and I live in Miami. Does not living in the same city not make the hiring manger want to hire you even though I would move to the jobs location ASAP? And if they ask where I live do I say I live in their city? Even though I don’t and it’s a contract position.
