When “working from anywhere” comes up at work & online, I've noticed considerable hesitation among older management-types concerned about company culture. Why do you think this is?

IMO, culture can be cultivated & nurtured virtually as easily as in person if you’re empathetic, tech-savvy, & sincere. Those having a hard time virtually were probably not very good at it in person, and if culture faded over time, it’s likely not because employees are working from outside the office.

The amount you pay turbo tax, a tax preparer or an accounting firm should be tax deductible. I shouldn’t have to pay money to give money to the government.

How many states have to take the big test at the end of the year? Georgia requested to omit the test this year and the Dept. Of Education denied our request.

I’m depressed and forever alone

Second year in consultinng and I have no idea what I’m going to be specialized in. 🤦🏽‍♂️

I am sending an email to the recruiter tomorrow to withdraw a previously accepted offer. The email is in my drafts. I have not mentioned the reason for renegating but in reality I have got $71k higher offer with many other benefits. I feel bad for doing it and want to end it in email conversation.
I am planning to not attend his call if any, regarding this.
What are your thoughts? Would you rather tell the truth on call or just send the email and avoid the call?
