OP can't hold his / her booze haha
Shameless plug there OP. Congrats on the degrees from those institutions, seriously impressive. But that doesn't mean you produce. I've met a lot if Ivy Leaguers that looked great on paper, but were far less than impressive.
Funny thing OP, A partner or most likely your partner in question gets credit for every single dollar you bring in and you can't really sell without a partners signature on the SOW... so yeah... good on you but move along. I am proud of bringing in every dollar for my partner! He deserves it for bringing me in the opportunities, giving me the right team and making the right introductions. Oh btw, also hiring and paying and rewarding me since I work for HIS firm..
Partners can totally get fired at D
You're drunk OP. Go rage
Someday it'll be MY firm p1... I'll the reply to this post.... a 101%
Some partners definitely are sitting ducks that don't do shit. It's a problem with the system and with big 4 in general. I wonder if partners can get fired?
Ma man! Send him over no matter what $$$
If they're Principals/Partners, it's a hell of a lot harder to fire them due to the buy-in. If they're MDs, much easier to fire.
💰💰
I wish SEC catche my partner screwing ma manager..... 1 shot 2 birds!
The SEC is in the corner of the room, alone and masturbating in that situation
Lmao.... refer me to deloitte
you'd need my little brother OP, he's the audit guy at D
It's sort of like academics in that regard
Partners can and do get fired at EY. Well, never "terminated", but they leave the partnership.
Well BS from MIT and MS from Harvard.... I'm sure i ovelay the partner
Well that does not help e3
Hmm should have joined EY then i guess....
I wish you all the best! Hopefully it'll be mine too then :)
