I think I might have lowballed myself by $3K. Is it too late to tell them another number?

3k really isn’t much. I know that’s arrogant to say but $125 a pay period isn’t worth losing an offer.

Damn this really puts my “raise” into perspective.

That's like. $5 after taxes lol

$3k is nothing. Don't worry about it.

heard! thanks guys!!!

No. It’s OK with me.

Always talk salary in $5K increments. Any other odd amounts are silly in today's age. If you haven't signed an offer then you can (re)negotiate. But if you did negotiate and agree to an amount even if verbally beforethe letter is drafted, I wouldn't go back now. Seems immature / petty.

anyone hiring AD? 😂

Asked for a raise and was told to wait for the annual raise period even though I was doing extra stuff on top of doing my job at a very high level and they would not budge at all. I started looking around 2 months ago and I just signed an offer for a new position with a raise just above 50% of my current salary. Know your worth and go get it!!!

Hi guys! I could use some help here, feeling a little discouraged. I started working for EY through a contractor and im hoping to move to EY to a different line that I could expand my current skillset. Although I don't hold a degree, I recently completed a certificate with Google in Project Management. I was hoping to move to something in Communications, EA or even Advisory but I haven't had any luck. and advice? Also looking into the EY Employee Referral scheme? or would that even be worth it?
