My wife has received an offer for the position of ESG reporting specialist .

Package : 12 LPA
YOE : 4 Years

She is currently working with EY and is due for a raise with current package of 7 LPA. However , her concern is that in EY she gets to work with different clients and create reports for them which offers a lot of challenges and she enjoys those which might be missing in UBS

Any suggestions on whether she should join ?

I joined a startup a little less than a year ago as Marketing Director. Around three months into the role, I started to experience issues with my payroll. I would receive direct deposits a few days after my expected pay date, but I just assumed the CEO had forgotten to process my deposit in time. Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.

I received a verbal offer at a place I dont really see myself at. Also in late stages with 4 firms I like better. Should I alert them to hopefully push things a bit faster? If so should I start with the job I want most but is most competitive? Or should I just wait since I’m in late stages anyway?

Hey all, I am adjuster at Liberty Mutual and my bases salary is 47k and I am consistently working 50 hrs a week, I’m paid hourly so I do receive OT. But am seeking a higher based salary and a company that doesn’t have such a high turn over for reps due to claims volume. Does anyone have experience with other companies?

He called me this afternoon basically saying he was being put on a PIP, this is after the company had said a few times he was not learning the role fast enough, only executing duties at about a 20% accuracy week 1 of PIP, week 2 60%, now we are at week 3 back to 50% (UA role, has been there since June). Claims manager salaries - curious what claims supervisors/ managers are making out there. I manage a team of 8 adjusters and make 100 plus bonus fully remote. I feel extremely underpaid.

For a top Producer of 3 years, is it appropriate to now ask for a raise in my base pay? Base was 42,500 when I started, but now inflation + 2 children later the base pay barely gets me by. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

Bay Area licensed producer in life accident and health Seeking a producer position in employee benefits where there is a good base salary + commissions pay structure, or a salaried position in marketing or account management/benefits consulting where I can earn 50% commissions on groups I sell in addition to my salary.
