Has anyone done ovarian prp?
Deloitte fishes - I’m new to Deloitte and enrolling in benefits and having a hard time determining if I go with one of the PPO or HDHP plans. Despite having to go through IVF we’re healthy and rarely go to the doctor but I know with IVF and a possible pregnancy that could all change. Would love feedback on what has been helpful - HDHP is what I’m leaning towards!Deloitte

I’m the same way haha but I don’t mind it at all so far — really enjoy caffeine! following to see responses
I definitely am but I accept it
I think that if it’s not causing any apparent trouble for you, it’s totally fine! It actually has several benefits in itself. I love coffee, but it would trigger anxiety attacks in me, so I stopped and I am faring slightly better now
I was drinking about three cups a day which began to worsen my anxiety. I cut back to one cup of half-caf coffee in the morning and haven’t had anxiety since. It’s hard, I won’t lie. But worth it, I think.
Well depends on how much you drink. I've been drinking about 2 very small lattes a day since I was like 15.
Unless it’s causing issues it’s not worth quitting. Various studies have show positive benefits to drinking coffee for example. If it’s causing issues obviously that’s different- but if it’s just a general sense that you shouldn’t be addicted to caffeine- I suggest you just continue to indulge.
I know that I’ll always have some vices. Caffeine seems way less harmful than alcohol or drugs, or even than sugary snacks tbh
Im totally addicted to caffeine. In the morning without it, I feel sluggish.

Caffeine addict here. Yes, I admit it. No, I am not willing to change.
I used to drink 2-3 cups a day but recently switched it for an electrolyte replenisher. Lots of fancy brands out there. I went with Ultima Replenisher and it’s reduced my coffee to 1 cup a day. I have it in the morning and then the electrolyte drink around 1pm post lunch. Works like a charm.
If you really need something, you can opt for a plant based caffeine like Nuun energy. Half a cup of coffee equivalent but gets the job done quite well.
So I am definitely addicted to caffeine but I drink 5 hour energy’s instead of coffee lol (I know, people think they’re gross). I just recently started losing my voice - like a very hoarse, raspy voice. It was lasting for months, so I went to an Ear, Nose, Throat doctor. After checking me out he said it looks like I have been suffering from some type of silent acid reflux (so I don’t really feel it) and the big thing to do was to cut back on caffeine and alcohol. So I guess it can be harmful 🤷🏻♂️

I'm a total addict. I've been drinking coffee since I was 3. I've cut way back since wfh in 2020. I drink about 2 cups on an average day. I'm not a morning person and I hate waking up against my body. I compensate with caffeine. When I'm in the office I drink a butt ton more. I drink the 2 at home, a large or extra large on the way into the office, and generally another large around mid morning. Then I'm usually hurting for more caffeine by lunch so I have a dr pepper. But that's my cutoff for the day because sleep. On a day I'm really hurting and home I'll drink 4 oz of moka brewed coffee, and if I'm out I'll replace at least 1 of my larges with a triple to quad shot cuppachino or some 5 hours.
Part of the reason I drink the coffee is I also have ADHD and can't handle Ritalin and can't take Strattera due to other meds I'm on. So I substitute caffeine.
