The person seemed passive aggressive during the call and hung up on me before I was able to say thank you for his time or bye. I didn't have my interview yet but I was told that this call is known to the team and the recruiter. Does it seem like I bombed the interview before even having the interview since it didn't end on a good note?

Seeking some legal advice: under the current travel restrictions, is there any way to get my parents to enter the country and visit? I am a German with permanent residency and they would only come here on ESTA. Reason is that my child will be born soon and I really want my parents to visit as early as possible. Eventually I’ll make decent money in my role but I find myself getting impatient as friends w/o law degrees make more money than me as like subcontracts administrators with room to climb the corp ladder. Sometimes I think about leaving for this. No loans, will never do big law. Just tired of not being able to buy a decent house. Am I crazy?
