Hi everyone,
I am looking for someone to take over my 2Bed/2Bath lease in 420 E Ohio (Streeterville) starting in November (flexible). The apartment, the building amenities and neighborhood are truly AWESOME, but I got a new job outside of IL and will be relocating. Message me if interested!

It’s the saddest part of my job. I don’t know how to fix it.
This industry seems to actively discourage being a parent (and mother especially). Most of the women I know who have kids wait until they're ~35, and at least an AD when they have the luxury of creating a more flexible work schedule. Even then, if you're ambitious, it's tough to have kids and stay on the fast track
Take summer sabbaticals!
I feel this so so much
This is what makes me afraid to have kids in this industry. If I stay in advertising, I’m only having kids if I can be high up enough to have the power to take more time or at least pay for a caregiver to be with my kids when I can’t be there. But what happens if I get that high up and it’s just more time consuming and stressful and then I never have kids? Idk
Don’t be fooled, the higher up the less you’ll see your kid, if you want to stay high up...
