I think I've perfected the fake smile after just 2 years of working in hospitality. Anyone else?

I perfected the fake smile when I was 12 lol

It comes with the territory. I’ve been a salaried manager for 25 years. There’s many times you have to present a fake smile and there’s many times you don’t have to. You will just smile. It’s not the job with you. Wherever you go you’re gonna have to do the same thing find out what really makes you happy

If I was myself at work, I would go mad. Having a fake persona is how I protect myself haha. People get big, fake smiles and a bubbly personality. The smile disappears as soon as I turn around of course.
