What aspect of it is troubling you the most - balancing workload with being a mom, not able to go out, uncertainties etc? Start doing some form of workout, yoga, walk, meditation, gardening if you are already not doing this. It definitely impacts your mood. Try to build a schedule/routine so you are not in front of your computer 24/7. I know all this is easier said than done but try to bring in some change in your daily routine and see if it helps. We all are dealing with this, so you are not alone. Take care!
I think it’s a combination of everything… I feel like there’s no time to do things that are enjoyable because we don’t have a support system where we are. We can’t see family. What I did this week was load up on calming scented candles, play soothing music at night, stretch in the morning, and BLAST good music on my morning commute. As far as the anxiety and nausea, CBD has helped or microdosing with THC (don't judge me) before bed. And I am talking low dose. However I don't recommend THC if testing is an issue, so CBD helps.
Writing in a journal also helps me. It let's you just scribble what comes to mind without judgment. You would be surprised what you spill on paper, and how relieving it can be at times.
Keep your head up high like the boss you are mama. Right now is a stressful time and keep reminding yourself it will pass.
Thank you for the suggestions
