For those who live in a condo building with no doorman (~20ish units), how's your package experience been? Are the package thief situation bad / gotten worse since covid?

I live in a doorman building and someone is always there to receive packages. I have also lived in condo with 50+ units (before covid) and someone is always there to open doors.

My husband is amazing and very caring and showers me with a lot of love. However our sex life is non existent. Context we have been living together for 3 years and got married recently. There were some tragic family losses during covid last year and that took a toll on our intimate life. He says he is very attracted to me but he is in a high pressure job (banker) & is very tired all the time. We used to atleast have sex once a week till few months back but now it’s like we never have time.

Thoughts? Both me and my spouse want him to stay home with the kids. Childcare has been so unreliable since covid started & we’re at a breaking point with it. I earn plenty for us to be able to have him stay home, but then there’s this overarching fear and anxiety that I can’t shake, even though we’re doing great financially and don’t need his income. I feel like I’ll never feel like it’s enough no matter how much I earn/save and it’s holding us back from making a decision we’d all benefit from.
