If you’re truly doing this often, you can bet they’re having side conversations about your performance. And when I say they, I mean the leaders in your group and anyone with input into your future.

Have you heard the iceberg analogy? He might be working when you don’t think he is. He might have stuff going on at home that he has to WFH or flexible hours.
Slow your roll. No one except maybe a nepotism hire is going to be allowed to actually only work an hour and a half.
Interrupting and cutting anyone off just makes you look like a jerk.
