Just because a right is not explicitly enumerated doesnt mean that the government can infringe upon it - the 9th amendment of the bill of rights is quite clear on this. Further, British common law (from which our laws were drawn) has always held that life DOES NOT begin at conception. This court is making a mockery of our founders and originalist legal philosophy
