I think this means I don’t have to wear a mask today at the airport and on the plane. Am I reading this correctly?

While the story is true, I think this really means you get your news from questionable sources.

I get my news from a wide variety of sources, very few of which are American mainstream media chains sponsored by the same companies they are supposed to keep in check. I do like the media bias site to check, good call. Here are several more articles if you’d like to corroborate.

U.S. will no longer enforce mask mandate on airplanes, trains after court ruling https://reut.rs/3vvDlQK
Likely to be challenged. I’d be careful about jumping the gun.
SD same, it’s glorious, and based on casual observation looks like about 95% of my fellow passengers agree.
Wooooohooooo
Just bring a mask with you in case it's appealed and overturned, which is likely. That federal judge is a joke, regardless of whether you want mask mandates on flights or not.
I get that. And there's certainly legitimacy behind her ruling. My comment was based on her significant lack of experience prior to being appointed. Her confirmation essentially fell along party lines in the senate. The American Bar association rated her as not qualified by a substantial majority. She had only been practicing law for 8 years when Trump nominated her, rather than the typical minimum of 12 years. Her only trial experience when she was nominated was as an intern, so she's never tried a case as lead or co-counsel before. This is her first big noteworthy case.
Anyways, there's legitimacy for both sides. It'll go back and forth and everyone will be confused and angry. So I'd just keep a mask on hand for the inevitable back and forth. Whether you decide to wear it or not in the meantime is up to you.

Confirmed, boarded my flight, no mask, about 25% of the people no masks including lots of airport and airline employees and nearly every pilot I’ve seen walking through. Thank God!
