My landlord is increasing my rent to 25%. I was expecting an increase due to the market now.. sure.. but not 25%. Was hoping for at least 10-15%. Anyway. I got the chance to chat with my 2 other neighbours today, and I found out that both of them are getting 10% increase. Just 10%. I already messaged the landlord before and said it’s non negotiable.
