Hello I just started my first job (I’m 22) and I need to set up a 401k for matching with my company. I’m really confused how this works because I want to try to hit the IRS maximum of $19,500 for Roth contributions this year. However we have a toddler who demands my attention. I can barely move to serve him dinner or watch him. I planted him in front of the tv. No family near by.
