It depends on why you need to move so much and how good you are at your job. Can you provide more details?
I started with EY and transferred offices after my first year. I’ve been at my new office for 2 years now and will be transferring again in May. They seem to be fully supporting me. It all depends on the reason for your transfer and the needs at the new office
I’m in the same boat, although will need to be transferred only after a year at a new office...
It also depends on what level you are, how well you have performed.
Also depends on why. Did you move/are you moving for valid reasons (e.g. spouse, illness, family etc.) or something else (e.g. I’ve always wanted to live on the west coast/Denver/Miami). It’s a lot easier to convince people of the move when there’s a better reason than just getting a change of scenery.
This helps. Thanks a lot everyone!
