My Obgyn is offering weekly classes that range from “childbirth” to “infant cpr” and mom/dad “meet and greets”. Outside of the cpr one which seems important, did anyone attend classes and find them useful? Or did not attend classes and wish they had? The recommended curriculum is about 20-30 hours in total over 2-3 months which is a time commitment. Thank you!

What’s the consensus here on using lavender essential oil/ lavender scented soaps during 2nd trimester and beyond? I’m seeing so many mixed opinions re safety.

I'm 18+4 weeks pregnant. I'm worried about weight gain - specifically too little weight. Only gained about 5 lbs in total, and for the last 2 weeks nothing at all.

Any words of advice or encouragement? Worried about baby as I hear not gaining enough weight is way way worse than gaining too much. Or am I making a big deal out of nothing?

Anyone experience exhaustion setting in at the end of second trimester? First trimester came with exhaustion like I have never experienced before and then most of second trimester has been more or less back to normal energy levels. Currently at 26 weeks and have been totally dragging for the past week or more. Does anyone have tips for getting through this?

I’m at 11 weeks but stopped having nausea, fatigue, and sore breasts. I don’t feel pregnant at all and that wasn’t the case a few days ago. I know it could be normal but I can’t help but assume the worst. Did anyone feel the same way? Is it normal to feel “normal” this early?

Has anyone had trouble finding an ob gyn? I just moved to my area and the recommended ob gyns are fully booked. The first date I can schedule is not until I'm 20+ weeks along. So I’m 32 weeks. I’m finding it very difficult to breathe and it’s hard to explain. I have normal pregnancy congestion especially at night but throughout the whole day too when I breathe (not congested or through my mouth) it feels like my lungs don’t take in enough oxygen and I don’t feel like I’ve actually taken a breathe, if that makes any sense at all. I’ve also been choking a lot recently not sure if related. Anyone else or am I just weird?

Onto the acid reflux stage of pregnancy. Why does no one warn you about this things?!?!?😭 I go to grab and antacid and sure enough, I notice for the first time pregnant women are specifically on the instruction label🙄

If so, did you see a colorectal surgeon to get them tied or remediated after pregnancy? I am sure they are here because I am pregnant and had them bad on first pregnancy around 32 weeks.
