Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Hi Fishes, I am here to ask your help , i gave an interview to Tata Capital and selected for the position but the HR is not contact me about the salary negotiation or anything. I was called the HR and they said they didn't receive manpower approval. I have hardly 5 days left to join the new organization. What can I do ? Now the hr is not lifting the call as well as the interviewer also not lifting the call.

I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

Before I was a parent, I would of just moved closer to the job. But now I wouldn’t be able to move and that time commitment driving to work would have been time I could spend with my child. So no regrets for me.
That's a hard price I dont want to pay as well. Talking my time away from my child.

I have a 40-50 min commute now vs 20-30 in my previous job. Took me a while to get used to it but now I complain a lot less... I still hate it but i get paid a lot more and I like the job a lot more too
That is a major factor in considering a job for me.
It should be! Commuting also affects your mental health in the long run.
Time is money is lost opportunities with family. One can be made up the other two can not.
There is no monetary value to the time that you spend with your kids and family.
The time getting to work is something I consider a lot. A 40-hour work week turns into 50+ when you have a long drive. I will gladly trade a bit less pay for my time.

Yes, a shirt commute is always beneficial
Funny enough, I came across this at the perfect time because I’m dealing with something very similar. My current role requires me to be in the office three days a week, but I have an opportunity for a slightly lower-paying role that’s fully remote.
When I actually ran the numbers, factoring in commuting costs and expenses that come with going into the office, the difference in pay would almost be negligible if I have to go in 3 days a week, also considering I’d be spending about 3 hours a day commuting.
I feel like I already know what the right decision is, but I’m still wrestling with the mental hurdle of accepting a pay cut.

I would be willing to try a remote job for a change or even a hybrid one but even when mostly out of the lab i am still expected fully on site
