Which company should I join, Mindtree or Persistent as a Java developer with 8 years of experience?

Working from home has only made it 100 times worse because now I know there are other more interesting things to be distracted by all around me. What do you do to hold focus during working hours? Is this legal? My spouses company just decided to change their comp structure for account managers. It was base + comm, now it’s commission only but nothing changed, OT commission is the same, didn’t get more points, just took away the base pay and said work harder basically. So now they have to worker harder to get $50k they were already making. (Not a decision based on employee performance, they’ve been crushing it. I think the company is just trying to save money they overspent else where)

Currently making 125k salary with 10k bonus at essentially an assistant controller role. Client wants to hire me and is asking for my compensation range. What is the market rate for an assistant controller in a large private company? They are really really wanting to hire me and willing to pay a little more. They floated around 150k last time we spoke but is there potential to ask for more?
