For sure! The more streamlined we can make academics right now, the better. Our district polled parents and students and found that the majority were overwhelmed with having to go to multiple sources for virtual classroom activities. Particularly for our special education students it’s important to make things as clear as possible - for both them and the ones that are helping them out at home.

How does one transition from big 4 to T2 (like Kearney, LEK, OW etc). I’ve been at EY for a few months now but my project has been nothing but staff aug and a vague technology transformation project for a bank. I was really interested in the strategy work in my undergrad and choose to go the consulting route instead of IB because I wanted to help clients make decisions and it seems like I can mainly get it at T2 firms. Would love some advice on how to get this transition started
