Can we revoke our resignation back in TCS even though the manager doesnt give a shitt about your work or your resignation? What if manager wants you to throw out of the firm and tells HR not to let me come back. Have some major personal issues due to which not able to join the firm and need to revoke the resignation(marriage issues divorce child custody issues).Tata Consultancy

Thank you, I'm working on my master's right now and I still need to remind myself of this at times.
I know it can feel overwhelming now, but it really does get easier soon :)
Ha I wouldn't get panic attacks over exams but I would get pretty stressed about how I was doing in my classes. Talking to my professors really helped though since they reassured me that being good in class did not necessarily translate to success in my career
Yup, it all seems kinda silly looking back on how much I thought my grades would be taken into consideration for my job. Now all they care about is my previous experiences I barely even get asked about my education lol
Perseverance, creativity, and curiosity are some of the greatest qualities an engineer can have. Being good at taking tests does not prove anything about you other than your ability to study material and be a good student. Not that that's not important but it's not really what makes you a great engineer
I've seen some bright classmates struggle once they enter the workforce and there's others who never stood out that have found incredible success in their careers. You can't really know what someone's potential truly is until they're actually put to the test at an actual job in a team environment
I always thought it was way more important to get involved in research projects with your professor or taking on internships. As long as you got some good experience and made some connects to get you in somewhere, the grades don't take as much of a priority at that point
When you're in it, everything feels like the biggest thing ever. I think teachers need to help us take a better look at the bigger picture.
