If you need incentive, whistle blowers can get a portion of fines.

1 word: whistleblower.
Also-get an attorney.
as someone who works with whistleblowers let me offer this one word of caution: in my experience, they've often misunderstood what exactly is going on or how systemic it is. you may need to go above your immediate boss' head to figure it out.
you can't (or shouldn't) do nothing, but you should be aware that things might be different than they appear. if you do nothing, you can wind up being the one who takes the fall. don't do that.
you definitely need an exit strategy because odds are good you'll be subject to retribution.
What?
You gonna let someone know?
Given that UPS is a massive public corporation, with hundreds of people in its finance department and subject to regular audits, I'm skeptical this is going on on the scale you claim, with your post on FB being the first time anyone hears about it...
If you have proof, blow the whistle, don't post on FB.

In addition to what everyone else is saying, document absolutely everything. Keep a journal of things you're asked or told to do that make you uncomfortable.

Whistleblowers can get a hefty payout if the government pursues action against the company, but you should find an attorney to rep you before you whistleblow

Wage theft is a serious issue: https://www.epi.org/publication/wage-theft-bigger-problem-forms-theft-workers/
Tons of companies get away with it every year, unfortunately. Various methods like mid-classifying an hourly worker as a salary worker to avoid overtime payment, hiring people as 1099 contractors when they should be permanent W2 employees, rounding up or down clock-in/clock-outs, etc. Itās absolutely disgusting especially as the cost of living for workers continues to rise.
