I wake up at 3 AM everyday for 2 years and can’t go back to sleep till 6 AM, I go a therapist, he listens but my condition hasn’t improved since a year. Any suggestions?

Is pot legal is your state. It is great for sleeping. Look at getting one with low thc so you don't get really high just nice and calm and relaxed.

Yeah cutting out caffeine would be huge. After 2 years I'm surprised you're not on a prescribed sleep medication. Have you tried any of them? And, why not pot?

- Willpower is not as effective in making a long term change compared to building habits

- Reduce friction (eg much more likely to go to gym if it’s 5 mins away vs 10)

- Take an existing habit and add your new habit onto it

- Use chaos and stressful times to rethink practical decisions

- To break bad habits, add friction (eg phone & charger away at night)

I am suspected for endometriosis. I haven’t tried hormones yet but getting an IUD on Tuesday. Is it worth doing a laparoscopy? I am concerned about the risks. 33F, planning to have kids in the next 2-4 years. Not sure if I should wait and try it out before I get surgery.

I got an offer for a 3-mo contingent role at Meta as a CSM that pays more than double what I make now.

The pay rate makes it hard (if not impossible) to say no - but I'm apprehensive about accepting a contract offer, especially one that's only 3-months  ending on Jan 2.
