Hey everyone :) What is the base salary for an office manager in Boston or any other place? I'm doing so much but getting so little for the work that I'm putting effort into, so I want to check that I'm not “stupid” for not asking for more.
A little about my work- the first time in the tech industry, we are located at wework, so there is not a lot to do as an office manager. I'm mostly doing the operation for our north American employees like gifting/events/platform implantation/IT etc.

When I got promoted to this Manager position, I was expecting to learn as I go and eventually establish a healthy team. 1 year in and I’ve had all 5 team members recruited on the team leave. 3 were promoted themselves, 1 left the company to join the marines, and 1 was let go. Our bnb got cancelled last minute & we got a new one, which ended up being cheaper. The MOH has not been forthcoming about that price difference, so I don’t know the exact amount for the bnb we stayed in. By my own calcs, it’s ~$200/pp diff. This MOH & I don’t exactly love each other..How should I tactfully bring this up/raise the question of how much the final bnb was?
