EY TAS fish, what is a typical utilization for SC or Manager (VP)? New to the business and trying to balance billing and margin, not sure what the right answer is.

Recruiters: how important are the descriptions in someone’s LinkedIn under their jobs they’ve had? Would those help visibility? Or do you mostly care about just having the title?

I’ve learned my boss is moving on to new opportunities, and there isn’t any plan to refill their role, which will leave me as an HR team of one. I don’t have the experience to fully take on all the work, but plan to give it my all.

I am a quite happy staying with GDS but their RTO campaign is really annoying. If they really want us to go back to the office I’ll just leave. No point of staying in the office where basically we are remotely working with the onshore. I have been socialized with my teams virtually so no need for in-office interaction. I have 0 reason why I want to RTO basically.

In EY GDS, if someone resigns, can they be offered immediate hike for retention or will they have to wait till the next general cycle, i.e. October?

I’ve been working at this company for a year now and they’ve recently gone through a merger with another company. Now there are two sets of C level leadership. Everything is confusing and I feel like employees are being left in the dark. I asked someone in HR for some information as to Wage tables etc and haven’t received a response in over a month. There is no way of telling if this person even works here anymore!
