I want to apply to an open position outside my current company. Position is: Project Manager I. My current pay would increase 15-30k if I would land the job. However I have only been in my current position as a program coordinator for 6-7 months. Would it be a bad move to apply to another job and possibly switch? I think I bombed a case interview with Chartis for an associate consultant position. The case was in excel and required me to manipulate the data via share screen with the interviewer. I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?
