I want to convert the standard desk I have into a standing desk. Is there an easy way to do it or do I need a new standing one? I need a desk long enough for 3 screens (2 monitors and one laptop). Thanks!

For an athletic male, 6’ 2” - 190lbs. Would you say slim or extra slim for Charles tyrwhitt dress shirts?

A recruiter at another B4 gave me a number much lower than what I’m currently making. Should I tell them how much im making now, which is admittantly at the very top of the SC band, or counter with a range that’s more than I’m making? I hesitate to just throw out current salary + 20% bc I’d be asking for almost $190k for a SC role and I know that would be quite a huge ask for a SC @ B4, even for tech
