No shame in seeking therapy/counseling. Perhaps a combo of meds and therapy will help. It sounds like crippling social anxiety. The first step is admitting the issue and recognizing it is paralyzing. Next comes the decision to seek help. You got this!

I manage the same anxiety roller coaster, year in and year out. Kudos for sharing! You’ll get through this round just like you did the previous ones. 💪🏽
I have no evidence to support this except ~anxiety~

Stop criticizing yourself so much. I’m sure you did great!
Do you have an option to go into the office?
This sounds like the typical person that says they prefer to work from home because of anxiety… But sometimes that anxiety feeds off of the work from home environment!
Switching it up shows more of your coworkers than you’re seeing now, and may help you to trust they don’t all hate you.
Unfortunately my whole team is basically permanently remote, so if I went to the office I'd still be on Zoom with them. Which in my experience is even more difficult. I do have a plan to visit the office one day in the next few weeks, so I can give it a test run and see how it feels.

As unrealistic as this sounds: you really do get back what you put into the world.
Are you someone who silently judges people often? If you are, work on changing your perspective and you’ll see these thoughts dissipate. It’s like magic.
Do you not silently judge people often? Realize that people have much more similar thought processes than you think, also realize that your “gaffs” are much more common among others than you think. Talking too much is often seen as a sign of confidence, too little is taken as listening, laughing “inappropriately” just shows you’re engaged. Most people will assume the best case for you, so cut yourself some slack too
