I think you can get into any top school with these stats. Aim high.
If you just want a good time with higher odds of admission, maybe an international program would be worth it (Insead, LBS, etc)
Party school you can get into?
Tuck, my man
If you're not worried about prestige and plan on staying with Mckinsey for a bit, just apply to schools in the 10-20 rankings. Easier to get into, still good quality, and you'll have plenty of fun. Or choose based off where you'd like to take your two year break!
Dunno about you but I wouldn’t go to UNC coming from McK
Kellogg
Asian, male, sponsored. Graduated from a state school with a 3.1 GPA. Scored 600 on the GMAT and accepted into a T20 and WL at a T15. You definitely have a good shot. Might be worth considering an admissions consultant to craft a great story.
Which T20 school did you get into?
IESE at Barcelona
I’d be concerned about the case workload, but yeah Barcelona would be a fun time for OP
Kellogg is the move
Also got the top rating (distinctive) at McKinsey for what it’s worth. I want to do a traditional 2 year MBA and stay in America
I’d think from McKinsey you’d be pretty set for any non-HSWB
Laughed at first but you're actually not far off with that take A1
Coach
Your stats are strong enough for a top 'fun' MBA program, such as Kellogg, Ross, Tuck.

Cornell Johnson might be most excited to admit you (if you show interest) since they haven’t had quite as many post-MBA placements at McKinsey as other consulting firms. But I don’t think it’s as much of place to party.
Echoing, if you don’t want to do as much work in b school and def want to get in but don’t want to have to be so engaged in classes consider T10-T20 schools like Tuck, Fuqua, and Ross.
You only MBA once though, so shoot your shot and any school you’d like to go. The worst thing is lost money and time on an app.

SC3, I don’t want to imply that people work less at an M7 than a T10 or T20. Someone recruiting for investment banking, for example, will have the grueling IB recruiting process regardless. However, for some schools, recruiting may truly feel like the primary focus for the entire first semester.
I.e. Johnson students talk about all the support and focus on recruiting in the first semester starting in the summer, at times with thinly masked disdain for people who “don’t know or want to explore”. Conversely, at Darden, the focus for most students may be the case method learning and classes. They are still prepping for recruiting, but the class environment is prized. At Ross, recruiting is very important with FACT/FATT? groups but other experiences are highlighted like football games etc. Schools may also have less leverage or power to make asks of companies.
At many higher ranked schools, (again not to say this isn’t a thing at lower ranked schools, as it could be something they just don’t call out) companies are not allowed on campus for at least the first X weeks or until October 1st. There may also be agreements between the schools and companies that students must have at least 2-3 weeks to decide if they want to accept an offer. There is some sort of prestige factor with some companies only recruiting at certain schools like ‘so-and-so is coming from a more selective school than that person’.
Does McKinsey sponsor any school for MBA or has to be top 15?
What are you talking about? With those stats you can get into into any school as long as you have a good story. It’s just about the stats
