Had anyone here planned a wedding in 3 months or less? Am I crazy? I’m already legally married (small wedding during Covid) but looking to throw a larger celebration of sorts. Originally wanted next spring but my husband and I are wanting to start trying for kids and so I’m leaning this fall or it’ll have to potentially wait until after we have our first kiddo (don’t want to risk a spring date and end up pregnant ha). We don’t think our situation is complicated- neither of us own a home/cars, but have some investments, both expect some inheritance eventually, and both get a chunk of equity from work that we’d like to call out. We’ve already discussed in depth how we want to split things.

Booked a villa for 50-60 guests for our destination wedding in Tuscany. The hotel required us to pre-pay for the rooms and won’t accept direct payments from guests. This means we need to find a way to “charge” each of our guests for the cost. Any recs? Thought of PayPal and Venmo but would prefer being able to create a website that feels more legit / seamless and allows for credit cards if needed. There are many different room types and we’d like to be able to feature them so guests can choose.

Has anyone purchased their gown from a re-sell site? Nearly Newlywed, StillWhite, etc? Could you share your experience if so? I have two gowns I tried on in person (so I know they fit/look good) and slightly stalking to see if they show up on those sites :)
