I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

Any tip while exiting Deloitte?
Do you stretch the truth on your resume 🧐
Has anyone interviewed with Metis Strategy?
1. Networking - Reach out to a few BCGers especially from the office to which you want to apply. Ask them if that office has more cases on a particular industry or practice. Think about how you can show your fit in those areas. Networking is key in experienced hiring as you want to have internal advocates when you drop that resume.
2. Interview prep - BCG cases are heavily interviewee-led so get ample practice in those. When you start feeling confident, reach out to your BCG network and check if they can do a few practice cases with you. Get their feedback on the cases and incorporate it. It's one of the most helpful steps in the prep.
Since you got into Deloitte, I hope you have the behavioral portion covered ;)
3. Profile - Write a solid resume and cover letter. Name drop in your CL and write how specific conversations with these folks helped you made up your mind about BCG. Your CL should cover why strategy consulting, why BCG and not Deloitte, and why you.
4. Submit your application and let your network know in case they are reached by a recruiter.
Hope this helps. All the best!
Without knowing more about you the only real answer is "be an attractive candidate". FB and other forums are chuck full of MBB application discussions. Read those, and ask specific questions here if there are unanswered gaps.
