Hey guys - does anyone have recommendations for Indian wavy 5x5 or 6x6 closures? I was going to order off of Amora Renae (https://www.amorarenaecollection.co/product/thin-swiss-lace-5x5-closure/) but they aren’t restocking. I’m still getting bundles from them, but clueless on another solid company that would have matching hair (friend is making me a wig bc of a natural hair crisis I’m having, I’m absolutely clueless when it comes to anything like this)!

I would approach your partner and say you have been looking at Market research and it seems that the salary for your role is x. Look at https://www.levels.fyi/. If EY is smart they will match. The cost to find new talent is huge - HR time, interview time, onboarding time. It is far easier / cheaper to keep someone

If I were the one referring you, you got an offer, and the stayed and I found out that was the plan all along I’d be pretty ticked.
To be honest...they will not give you a raise just because you think you deserve it (aka market level). People are more successful when you have a offer in hand. They do try to give you a larger raise when you do have a competing offer (dont reveal which company, just the amount) but many of the times they come close but never beat the competing offer...also once they are forced to give you a raise your future raises might be less since they try to level salaries across the levels.
If you really love where you currently work and are seriously considering leaving due to the salary, then have a honest conversation with your partner early in the year since a lot of the salary is confirmed and closed like mid year I think...
