Hi friends, happy Friday. My (aged) dad messed up trying to create treasurydirect account with typo on drivers license which they won’t let him fix and now they’re asking for a certified account authorization form (to prove he is who he says etc). It says notary cannot certify but sounds like banks/credit unions may be able to certify? Anyone experienced/have a suggestion where he can get this form certified? He only has an online bank account so no local bank where he has a relationship.
