I have great professional references and an even better work history. I have 2 semesters of courses completed for an associates degree in business but the introduction of our third child has college on the back burner for the moment.

I have no network or support system with experience in this profession.

Just a question for those here. What does anyone see as a job outlook for a pharmacy technician that has 15 years of experience and is studying for the CPhT? I would like to return to 100% remote work and, understandably, most job postings that are about my caliber are requiring the cert. I am thinking of possibly pivoting into an IT job that would be fully remote later on down the road, but I’m interested in seeing what is possible now (and an average pay) for someone with my experience.

How do you make the point to recruiter/ during the interview process that YES you're asking for more money than what they are probably paying some of their employees now with the same title you'll have... because of inflation?
