Been a customer success manager at a tech org for about a year and was just given a promotion that’s $21k lower than what we’re hiring new folks (albeit with 2 years of experience) for. I’ve been in a major struggle lately. The past 4 years I’ve had brain surgery, cousin committed suicide, mother had a stroke, and my grandmother fell and landed on her head last week. After my surgery, I was diagnosed with depression, OCD, PTSD, and severe anxiety. I’m officially epileptic and now limited to what I can do outside. Point is, it has been so hard to focus on work but I really do enjoy my job. I’ve had seizures on and off lately. Any advice?

I'm currently a Lead Technical Recruiter for a company that has multiple (internal) SaaS products. We consider ourselves a software company of sorts.

I've been in the tech recruiting world since 2006, but I was exclusively agency until early 2021 when I moved in-house.

I love the people, but I'm feeling underpaid. I took a pay cut to move in-house because I was exhausted. I'm at 105k with no bonus. Fully remote. US-based.

Micron reached out for an opportunity. Would love feedback on their work life culture and just company culture. One person has shared the culture is toxic and there is no work life balance. So before I pull back my interest had to come here and see if there's any feedback!

I want to hire 3 software developers and don't care about the location as long as there is a 4h overlap. I was thinking of approaching 3 different recruiting agencies from different locations, so that their talent pool doesn't overlap. I want to do this to speed up the process and pick the best-fit candidates from several locations. The only problem with this is the risk of wasting time with bad local recruiting agencies.
Anyone tried this before? is this a bad idea? Any tools to help with it?
