I am interviewing for a Technical Recruiter position with AWS and wanted to see if anyone can share insights into work life balance at AWS. I have a very family oriented lifestyle and am starting to think that might change dramatically in an Amazon position.

Company gave me a verbal offer and is pushing me to accept by EOD today. I already extended the timeline once, and they aren’t willing to extend again. I have 2 more interviews coming up this week, should I just accept and then renege?

cctc- 4.35 lpa
yoe- 2.5 years
Stack- React.js, Redux, javascript, es6, Node.js and mongoDB (nodejs and mongoDB not that much but have some experience and knowledge of concepts).
Current organization- TCS

Kindly share how much ctc is fair to ask considering above parameters.

Spouse threatening me with divorce with the constant Monday - Thursday travel. Keeps reminding me that she is the single parent. Wants sole child custody. How do you guys deal with this? Counseling?
