after successfull/good jpmc software engineer interview , jpmc recruiter says they are waiting on requisition that they will allocate for me .. does that mean they are preparing my offer ?.. I haven’t had any verbal offer discussions yet .. just that after interviews recruiter mentioned interview feedback was good and they are considering for both 602 and 603 ( but I said I’m only interested in 603)

Looking for a referral to Microsoft! 😊
What to expect on Amazon final interview for software engineer? I just received an email saying i made to final interview, I completed the OA few days back. Any pointers as what to expect and the difficulty level of the interview? Also will there be multiple rounds? The email I received is ambiguous. Thanks in advance.
Be upfront. It’s very common these days. We just hired someone into a leadership position who has a legit distillery and sells into liquor stores / restaurants etc. we were just clear about the job and what it entails but we fully support them in their passion project and as long as it doesn’t interfere then go for it. I think it shows what they are capable of etc. it’s kinda refreshing to hear someone’s hobbies aren’t traveling and exercising.
This.

Many companies require side gigs be disclosed. Personally, I think honesty is the best policy. It’s legit, doesn’t conflict with your work, just CYA and disclose.
I think if you're not using any company time to work on side gigs then there should be no issue with disclosing it
They think that if you are doing side gigs you are not that focused on your current job with them. Some companies want your full attention to make sure that your work with them is not compromised.
Companies in highly regulated industries prohibit side gigs due to federal law, conflicts of interest, intellectual property rights.
Always disclose because your integrity is on the line. Imagine if they find out later, it would look bad on you because you purposely hid it.
Thanks all! Seems like there's overall consensus that honesty is the best policy.
I see nothing wrong with this. Since you will be working outside of your normal working hours, there's nothing to worry about. But to be sure and to avoid future problems, just tell your manager about it.
