I interviewed for Data Analyst role at EY, it went well and the job sounds great, but I'm a bit hesitant to leave PwC because I really like the firm and I'm just 8 months in my job as an associate at a subgroup of ITS that has some focus on technology and analytics but it's mostly tax compliance.
I do want to transition to data analytics but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go to another big 4, or maybe just look for a position in industry.
Any advice or similar experience?

Comment on this thread because I’m also trying to make this pivot!
What kind of fields/expertise are you currently in? I’m in a digital designer/producer hybrid role currently and while I do have a marketing background, I’m afraid I don’t have any direct experience as a product manager so i’ll be joining at a junior level.
Do you mind me asking what your major was in college? I’ve been doing some researching and it seems like those with business, marketing, or computer science majors align with a lot of the product management roles I’ve been looking at. Personally, I was a graphic design major with a minor in web design and to pad my degree and my hybrid experience, I plan on joining a certification program for product management to hopefully make myself more suitable to make the change.
