I want to learn DSA upto a good level to crack interviews Product based companies. I knows basics of C++ and Java. Which language should I pickup for learning DSA ?

Advice getting into SaaS? I land a ton of interviews with tech places because of my technical background with industrial equipment but as soon as they find out my company doesn’t sell anything web related, the process pretty much ends there. I’m a firm believer in 95% of jobs can be taught, and in sales the product knowledge is only half the battle, the other half is being able to explain it and sell it with enthusiasm. So many young recruiters out there are so micro focused on buzz words

I got a referral in Accenture and the current status in candidate portal is interview stage.

Last week one person from recruitment team called me to check availability for today(2nd Mar) and we agreed for a time slot.

They didn't share the invitation for interview and the recruitment team is not answering my calls
And talent coach doesn't respond to the emails

Is it typical in Accenture hiring process that they don't respect the candidates time

been in industry (small companies) for 5 years with an active CPA. Wanted to get in SEC reporting roles but almost every company requires 2-year public accounting exp. Now applying for public accounting firms entry level positions but almost all firms HR asked if I had ever worked in firms. Got rejection emails from firms all the time. Is this a dead lock? firms exp matters much more than a CPA license?

Any one make a move from fund admin after big 4 assurance and then was able to make a pivot to a PE fund accounting team? I am considering moving to a fund admin now. Have 9+ years of big four experience. Worried that I can get stuck in fund admin. But I have interviewed at several big name pe shops and make a few rounds on interviews but then get the same feedback that they are worried about my lack of operational experience.

I’m looking to leave my job and have 2 interview processes going on at the moment. One is with a company I love with a role that would be a good challenge and double my current pay, but they have a hiring freeze at the moment with an end date this fall (supposedly). The other is a great opportunity for me to lead a team and a whole program with a little less money than the other role. Would it be bad if I join the 2nd role then leave in a few months for the 1st one if I got an offer?

Hi! Has anyone been asked for their references before the first interview? This happened to me while interviewing with a large International Construction Company. I was quite shocked by this as I feel it is inappropriate to give out others confidential info to people before you have even met. Also ones references are only going to take 1 or 2 calls as people are busy and if they used up on a first interview and that doesn’t work out then you are left in a bad position!! Thoughts?
