I am a SC in Deloitte with 12 years of work ex. Amazon recruiter has reached out to me for a Sr. TPM role. I have already cleared HM round. My doubt is as I have heard work culture in Amazon is crazy. Would it be better for me to go for a TPM role instead of Sr. TPM. Not sure how the responsibilities differ between the two roles

Hi, I am working in F500 company and moving from US to Canada due to visa constraints. I have been offered 10% increase to move from US salary to Canada salary. Is it a norm? Do companies actually convert the salaries using some Fx rate or they give around this same bracket. Really appreciate some opinions or stories if they have been in the same boat.

Agency will be switching to a new cloud platform “Aprimo” instead of the traditional server for work/storage/access of creative files. After a few training sessions, I see absolutely no benefit to us Creatives, and predict a huge disaster while transitioning. I’m thinking about starting my own agency. I have been freelancing on the side over the past two-and-half years as a CD and Marketer. In that time, I have worked with 4 agencies and 3 companies repeatedly. 20 additional hours a week has been about as much as I can do, alone. But if I had more people I could handle more work and probably secure retainers.
