Hi Fishbowl Friends! I’m looking in to starting a masters program in 2023. Background on me - I’ve been in HR for a little over 4 years now and earned my SHRM-CP last spring. Looking for more ways to improve.

Would you recommend any specific schools or master programs? I’m in Tampa, FL but I know most programs are remote these days. :)

What jobs are halfway between Consulting and Industry? Starting to find MBB unsustainable from a WLB pov. Was in industry before this and found it too slow. What’s a good in-between career that pays well, hours aren’t too terrible, maybe is more medium-paced?

I accepted an offer yesterday and realized I’ve doubled my salary in the last 4 years. As a single mom, it really makes me want to cry to say “I did it!” But it sucks that no one in my family is supportive. My boyfriend thinks jealousy. Anyone else have this issue?

Today i have got mail from hr where they have sent one more mail saying they have arrange another meeting to get to know more about you and your professional experience.

In interview I will he having technical discussion and management and hr round.

So is it just hr round or they will take another interview on technical skills.

Please suggest is it normal?
