Unfortunately you can’t control where you’ll drop weight from in your body. The first place I gain (and lose) weight is my boobs actually, followed by my face. So the best thing to do will be to work on building muscle throughout your body and focusing on losing weight to gradual uncover that muscle on all parts of your body.
So the old cliche, you can’t out run a bad diet is incredibly true. I’ve always noticed that if I’m careless with processed carbs my arms catch the brunt of it. I’m not a huge proponent of Atkin’s type low carb, but more so a focus on eating minimally processed whole food. Think mostly veggies, add some fruit, lean protein, grains like quinoa. So ultimately I end up eating a lot less carbs than the average person, but I’m not subsisting solely on meat and cheese😤 As for exercise, I absolutely love barre. I also try to do a cycle class once a week plus run 2x a week as well.

Push ups every morning. I started with 10, now I do 30. Wonders for the triceps and mid section.
