Depends on if the stone fits the head on your current ring or if you’d need a new head or setting - I’d suggest going to a new jeweler and discussing prior to buying a stone online.

A decent jeweler should be able to set a new stone. Depending on how much bigger they may need to make bigger alterations to the setting like switching out the head.
