This is inspiring because I was contemplating should I stay at my job or not with completing my AA in networking

Congratulations! That is inspiring.

Hell yeah!!! Go you!

WooHoo! Congratulations!! I remember my first series of job negotiations in Marketing. Such a frightful thrill! I increased my salary 30% each of my 1st 3 jobs. I was over 6 figures at a young age and was so proud of myself for sticking to my gut instincts when it came to pay. Now, I'm in sales and those negotiation skills are still paying off.

uplifting

Kudos to you! That is fantastic!
