I had 2 offers.
1. Nagarro - 27.5 LPA + 1L Joining Bonus
Role: Staff Engineer (Lead)

2. Eli Lilly - 30.2 LPA + 1.5L Joining Bonus
Role: Manager

I chose Nagarro as it is in my home city and there is not much difference in inhand salary as Nagarro salary components is pretty good in saving taxes.
But in terms of work culture and service vs product based companies, did I made a right decision?

What’s a reasonable comp to expect for a Product Manager role after 4 years of consulting experience? Seeing a lot of PM roles below 150K- worth taking the comp hit for the title?

I’m really grateful for the offer and really excited, however, I am also interviewing with MBB. I have cleared Tech M client round and sure on the project and role details.
But Hitachi has not confirmed on the project details and said I'll get to know once I'm onboarded.
