We still love you 😘

Hey all! I've been having some trouble securing a job for a while now. I've tried networking and sending personalized messages to recruiters aside from applying online, but I haven't gotten close to any offers.
I would like to know if anyone here is willing to refer me to any open roles or connect me with any hiring managers. I'm very interested in tech and even coded my own portfolio. Feel free to add me on LinkedIn and/or drop a message. https://linkedin.com/in/jenniferm7 porfolio: itsjenm.com

It depends on your career choice and aspirations. I am sure you would have done research before you make switch and it would not have just include monetary benefit as primary reason.
Which company you wanted to join? What did they offer?
Also, what is the counter offer being provided by your current employer?
I work at Microsoft and the offer is from Uber. I was struggling with compensation concerns and didn't feel I'd be able to grow, but I'm having trouble determining whether the growth was a problem of money or just feeling stuck. Counter offer is a base match, but with Uber I'd have about 20K more in RSUs.
Think about why you wanted to leave. Was it only because of the money or was it because of other things that will still be there, even with the raise?
