I have 8+ years experience as a business analyst. Only making 45 an hour( just recently got my MBA and only got a 5dollar an hour increase the pst year) I’ve also just had a baby and am planning on having my last one in the next year or so. I know I deserve better pay rate but my boss will not budge. I have also found a way to wfh while most of my team goes in. I have it pretty good in terms of work life balance. Should I get higher pay to be stuck in new terrain while being prego/TTC
