Recently accepted an offer at Twitter (I haven’t resigned yet thankfully) and of course have yet to hear back since the news of the layoffs.

Am I crazy to move forward if the offer isn’t rescinded? I’m deflated after many rejections, unhappy in my current role and the role is something I’m passionate about - I’m also no better off in terms of TC and frustrated since there will be no RSU package due to the acquisition.

I have my feedback discussions of increment cycle with manager in a week. Need guidance as i want to demand 20% hike , the only issue is I was hired at market correction 5 months back. But my performance has been consistently good and have taken up very new roles and responsibilities.

I joined ey over a year ago. I got 1 terrible feedback. All rarely and every negative comment you can give to a senior. My other reviews were almost always, usually and a couple of often. Will I be on a pip? All my reviews from my start date were almost always and usually. I asked my counselor and she said she is not sure if I will be pip or not.

Are recruiters allowed to share feedback when 4 out of 5 interview feedbacks have been received? My recruiter said she is waiting for one interviewer's feedback and he has been OOO for 3 weeks, therefore, she cannot share anything now. Does this mean that by now I have mixed feedback and she is relying on the last feedback before sending it to HC?

I have an interview coming up for Rev Strategy & Ops under Customer Solutions. This will be my 5th interview with Google, after things not working out for two other roles. I am so tired 😓 & with little confidence. The recruiters have all said I have had great feedback but it’s the cases get me. So many weekends have been spent prepping with the same result.
