I did alot of online courses and it hard to remember all those and interview now a days are really tricky .. Let me start with an example
I used HuberRegressor on my data and i know i read what will it do to my data i added that to my resume 3 years back now what so ever i am doing someone just asks me HuberRegressor and just telling him it is bases on L2 regularisation and robust to outliers is not enough.

Does anyone here have similar symptoms and how do they get relief?
I suffer year long with allergies, at least that’s what I call it.
I can’t breath well from my nose, mostly blocked. Medicines like Flonase, allergies meds, nasal rinse and steam give me some relief but not that much.
Every few months the fluids in my sinuses are not drained and I develop an infection.
Body ache, bad headache in the morning etc.
Been to many doctors but they shrug their shoulders and ask me to keep the same meds

I went for pedicure today to a good salon, is part of a good brand and had great reviews. The guy started well, was doing a great job until he was not. He started going up with each massage stroke. I’m working as a Senior PM in a third company in a row (moved from seed stage to scale up to big tech). Those were great moves, but each time I feel I need to prove the exact same point about my competence. The move upwards seems impossible. There were 2 separate events in which I could’ve jumped up to a GPM/principal role, in both I got turned down despite stellar feedback and practically performing the role in the interim. How not to get burned out by that?

I joined a startup as a principal PM and my role was a little nebulous at hiring but now it’s shaped to be something different given we’ve done a merger and reorged. Am I still a PM? I’m overseeing new large enterprise projects, defining overall strategy with business for 3-4 different PM teams. I’m defining early discovery and roadmapping and playing a bit of PMO (we’re hiring one to support) for now but overall I’m leading “PM” efforts and taking us to launch.

Am I making enough? I work as a Product Development Lead and I switched from the Ad Sales team in August. I negotiated my salary to $80k and recently got a $4K yearly bump. Is that an appropriate amount or should I be making close to 100K-110K? I know I’ve been in the role for a short amount of time but my past role had applicable knowledges and I’ve launched a few big projects now.
